Christmas Card #GDP522
Hello! After several months off, I am back to papercrafting and sharing my work! 80 Christmas cards are in the works, but I wanted to take a break. To jumpstart my creativity, I participated in this week’s Global Design Project.
Here’s this week’s challenge - GDP522!
These challenges are open to all - you do not need to be a Stampin’ Up! or other papercraft consultant to participate! To submit your design:
Post your creation to Instagram or Facebook
Tag @GlobalDesignProject
Use the challenge Hashtag #GDP498
Throughout the week, GDP shares creations to their stories on Instagram & Facebook. One weekly winner will be selected, and their creation will be posted to the GDP feed.
It’s a great way to continue creativity and get some great ideas!
Since it’s the holiday season, I decided to create a Christmas Card. A current favorite Stampin’ Up! product is the Patterned Tags Dies. I cut and assembled three tags, one of each design. I then used the Spotlight on Nature dies to cut the circles. I embossed the white background using a retired embossing folder, and then mounted on Cherry Cobbler paper.
